Lead Design and Development Engineer - Surrey - Domestic/Commercial Appliances - £45K - £55K
I’m currently recruiting for a leading HVAC company in Surrey. They’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven critical thinker to assume a lead role in their technical team. You will have the opportunity to take new products from concept through to production and provide mechanical/electrical guidance for product design.
Main Duties Include:
+Participate actively in the design, testing, and development of products.
+ Prepare the documentation, procedures, and method statements for testing, as well as the results reports.
+ Prototyping and product testing.
+ Management of a small team
Skills and Experience Required:
+ Electro-mechanical design and manufacturing experience
+ HVAC/ fluid management/ CFD/ Thermodynamics experience preferred
+ Experience in medium to high volume product design
+ Sheet metal experience/knowledge
Salary will be between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience. There are also company benefits for this role.
