Cambridge – HR Manager – £40k-£50k - Software
Platform Recruitment has partnered with an innovator in the software industry. They are looking to recruit a HR Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing all Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company offices based in the United Kingdom.
Main Duties:
+Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
+ Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
+ Developing and leading holistic workplace practices
+ Processing Monthly Payroll submission
+ Updating employee records with new hire information
Key Experience Required:
+ Over 4 years of experience within HR positions
+ CIPD or similar certification
+ Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
+ Experience within payroll
+ Recruitment process experience/involvement
Salary/Location:
+ The salary for this position is £40k-£50k, depending on experience
+ This role is full-time, based in Cambridge, however can offer some hybrid working
