IVVQA Systems Engineer – Portsmouth – Up to 60k DOE
This is a great opportunity to join a world leading navigation company - who design and create navigation and mission systems for a range of clients. They are now looking for an experienced IVVQA Systems Engineer to join their team, based in Portsmouth. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities
Assist in defining technical aspects of customer requirements and contribute to project planning, system specifications, and product documentation.
Testing and acceptance (verification and validation) of systems and software including customer acceptance events such as FAT, HAT and SAT
Support systems and software engineers in debugging and performing root cause analysis for issues and deviations.
Requirements
HNC or equivalent in electrical/electronic engineering
Experience with DOORS, Visio, JIRA and SVN
Experience assembling, setting up, and troubleshooting PC-based systems and networks
Ability to create software test and deployment utilities using high level languages/scripting is advantageous
