Surrey – PCB Design Engineer – 40-45k (depending on experience)
Our client is a well-established company that specialises within power supply design within a range of industries including defence sectors. They are looking for an Engineer experienced within PCB layout and design.
Main Responsibilities:
+ Design and review PCBs (They use Pulsonix CAD software)
+ Build and maintain the PCB component libraries
+ Designing PCBs for power supplies (SMPS) and analogue circuits
+ Work with electronic, mechanical engineers and production department to ensure designs are reliable, maintainable and compliant with the stringent military requirements.
Essential Skills:
+ Strong experience designing PCBs (they use Pulsonix but any CAD such as CADstar etc. would be suitable).
+ Experience maintaining PCB component libraries
+ You need to be eligible to security cleared so you need to be British or have worked in the UK for over 5 years.
Further Information:
This role would require you to be onsite and also would require you to get SC clearance. To be eligible you need to be British or have worked in the UK for the last 5 years.
