Hook – Head of Sales – £60k-£75k – Manufacturing
My client is an innovative engineering company that provide specialist products for a wide range of clients worldwide and are looking to recruit a Head of Sales to join their team. This is a leadership driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyse sales department performance.
Main Duties:
+ Leading team members to maximise performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement
+ Acting as an ambassador of change, setting the future agenda
+ Accountable for creating sales operational strategies to enable company growth
+ Partnering with key stakeholders and contribute to board level discussions
+ Creatiung and deliver against appropriate key performance indicators
Key skills/experience:
+ Proven success in a senior sales operations management role
+ Experience working in a modern manufacturing environment
+ Understands the connections between people, business processes, and technology
+ Understanding of how systems fit together
+ Strong leadership skills
Salary/Location:
+ The salary is circa £60k-£75k for this permanent role, depending on experience
+ This role is office based in Hook
