Cambridgeshire – Environmental, Health and Safety Manager – Salary £45k – Lighting
My client are leaders in lighting and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing and are looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager.
Main Duties:
· Leading EHS on site and developing best in class safety culture and environmental awareness
· Managing, maintaining, and developing EHS procedures and standards, ensuring that UK/EU EHS regulatory requirements are met
· Implementing EHS Development path objectives and initiatives
· Developing a mindset of safety prevention within the local business by promoting near miss and hazard identification
· Producing safety and environmental KPI’s and presenting local performance internally and to the wider business
· Providing training, coaching and guidance as required to our colleagues
· Active partner in NPI process (New Product Introduction)
· Working with other EHS Managers
Key Skills:
· Experience within an Environmental, Health and Safety Manger type role
· Experience within manufacturing/engineering industry
· Certificate in Applied or Occupational Health and Safety
The salary for the position is upto £45k depending on experience.
