Electronic Systems Engineer – Southampton - £55k- Digital/Analogue, C/C++, Scientific Instruments
Currently seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join a client based in Southampton developing a range of scientific instruments. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of whole systems design including electronics and firmware and will have a passion for problem-solving and developing new products.
Duties will include:
+ Analogue circuit design
+ Be responsible for the design, development, build and testing of electronic systems
+ Aid in the development of firmware
Requirements:
+ Design of analogue/digital electronics
+ Embedded microprocessor development (e.g, ARM, STM32, PIC)
+ Low power switch-mode power supply experience beneficial
+ Scientific instrumentation experience is a bonus (optics/laser etc)
Salary range: £40-55k
Location: Southampton
