Surrey – Electronics Design Engineer – Salary 45-55k
This is a great opportunity to join a company creating innovative products to monitor our environment. They are looking for someone experienced within digital electronics who can design, develop and test embedded firmware for microcontrollers and digital electronic circuits, including VHDL/Verilog code for FPGAs.
Main Duties:
+ Use digital signal processing techniques in theoretical design, modelling, and system/component-level design.
+ Implement DSP algorithms for low power applications
+ Programming with VHDL/Verilog code for FPGAs
+ Support the product design, integration, DFMEA & PFMEA, validation and handover to production
Skills Needed:
+ Experience designing Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms and Digital Filters
+ Experience in designing, developing and testing digital electronic circuits, including VHDL/Verilog code for FPGAs.
+ Knowledge of processor and integrated circuit interfacing, e.g. I2C, SPI and asynchronous buses and protocols (RS485, RS422, CAN, etc)
Further Information:
This role does have working from home flexibility, which would allow a day from home a week so you need to be commutable to the office, or willing to relocate.
