Cambridge – Customer Support Engineer – £38k-£48k - Wireless Technology
Platform Recruitment has partnered with a leading provider of electronic, wireless communications solutions. They are looking to recruit a Customer Support Engineer to join their team. You will offer high quality technical support across the company range of products, as well as creating technical documentation.
Main Duties:
+ Receiving customer calls and emails and dealing with them
+ Communicating with customers in a courteous and professional manner
+ Provide high quality technical support
+ Writing customer-facing documentation
+ Providing training on products to customers
Key Experience Required:
+ Experience working in customer support
+ Experience working for a high-tech product organisation
+ Wireless technology knowledge
+ Hardware/electronics knowledge
Salary/Location:
+ The salary for this position is £38k-£48k, depending on experience
+ This role is full-time, based in Cambridge 5 days per week
+ Candidates need to be eligible for SC Clearance
