Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - £60K - £90K - Automation Machinery - Berkshire
I’m currently recruiting for a company specialising in the design and manufacture of agricultural robotic products. They’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join an expanding team. You will have the opportunity to work on several projects currently in early stage development and take them all the way through to production.
Main Duties Include:
+ New Product Development
+Design of unique components
+ 3D CAD Design
+ Prototyping and testing
+ Hands on manufacturing
+ Liaising with the electronics team
Skills and Experience Required:
+ Minimum 7 years experience with high-speed automation machinery
+ 3D CAD design experience (Solidworks preferred)
+ Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle
+ Experience designing handling small mechanisms and objects
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and processes
Salary will be between £60,000 - £90,000 depending on experience. The company also has a wide range of benefits on offer for this exciting position.
