Hertford – Senior Account Manager – £60k-£80k – Retail
My client is an internationally recognised organisation who provide innovative process-based software development within the retail industry. They are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager for their expanding team. You will take ownership of about 20 UK and overseas customer accounts to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Duties:
+ Helping customers get better value from the company products
+ Understanding and responding to the challenges that customers have
+ Working alongside the Support and Delivery teams to formulate strategies
+ Building a strong relationship amongst customers
+ Driving new business from existing customers
Experience Required:
+ Experience as an Account Manager within IT
+ Experienced within B2B
+ Retail experience advantageous
Salary/Location:
+ The salary is £60k-£80k depending on your amount of relevant experience
+ The role is full-time office-based in Hertfordshire, there are no remote working options
+ There will be frequent travel to customer offices within the UK
