Farnborough – Head of Business Development – £60k-£70k – Electronics
My client is an innovative software development company that provide for a wide range of clients worldwide and are looking to recruit a Head of Business Development to join their team. Reporting to the CEO, you will help drive both UK and Global sales growth by managing the UK sales team as well as supporting channel distributors around the world
Main Duties:
+ Building strong working relationships with the sales team, customers and distributors
+ Seeing opportunities and expanding their product sales/portfolio
+ Identifying new strategic opportunities
+ Using technical strength to support the sales team by engaging key opportunities
+ Interacting with all departments to put the business in the best possible situation
Key skills/experience:
+ Proven track record in a customer facing sales/business development role
+ Strong technical understanding of electronic assembly
+ Experience of working in small teams
+ At ease with technology and engineering environments
Salary/Location:
+ The salary is circa £60k-£65k for this permanent role, however this may be negotiable depending on experience, and also comes with car allowance and bonus
+ This role is office based in Farnborough, however will require travel to customers and trade shows on occasion
